Felipe and Bryan were great! Very friendly, professional, and informative about the services they provided. We had three jobs for them: clean our furnace, install a humidifier and re-route the exhaust for our hot water heater. Each job was done quickly and efficiently and they must have cleaned up as well after the job because there was no mess. They presented their finished work, explained what they did and provided important maintenance information on my new humidifier. Everything has been working GREAT! I felt the price was very reasonable and will be using Modern again in the future! Thank you Felipe and Bryan!

We have had Modern Heating as our HVAC service provider for over ten years and have found the service the best. If you need emergency service, Modern Heating is the company to call. We once lost our hearts at about midnight in the middle of January. Their tech was at my home, the heat was restored by 2 am, and the charges were VERY reasonable. Modern Heating is the only HVAC service provider I will call upon.
